Laptop for every school kid

In Finland, city of Oulu has made an experiment by providing a class of 9 year-old children with personal laptops. Purpose of this experiment is to replace schools books with novel approach in teaching and learning. These children will obtain a comprehensive approach to the web and question old-fashioned just-in-case learning. On my opinion, these children will be the REAL digital natives with a REAL real-time economy mindset. What do you think?
