There you see how the users experience a new product - for free! Companies can set up forums that encourage users to post videos of their experiences to share with their peers, while monitoring and assessing possibilities for development of the product, its packaging, manual, etc. 

If we want to fully exploit the benefits of RTE technologies, we have to aim at a 100% diffusion rate. For now, based on my own experience, these technologies are difficult to use by elderly people. What could be done to make mobile communication devices, e-banking systems, Internet sites etc. more user friendly to elderly people?
