Another area of particular importance is communication with suppliers as without their co-operation it would be impossible to implement e-invoicing.
At the moment, the city has a large variety of suppliers for different units. This practice, however, decreases its negotiating power. Therefore, we recommend organizing centralized procurement to improve supplier management.
